Kingston Advisory Group is a proudly female owned professional services organisation based in regional NSW, delivering specialist governance, legal support, compliance and business administration services to small and medium-sized organisations. With a multidisciplinary team of qualified professionals, including legal professionals, governance and risk specialists, and experienced business support experts, we provide the clarity, capability and confidence growing businesses need to operate effectively. Our Story
Kingston Advisory Group was created in response to a clear gap we saw across the businesses we worked with, small and medium‑sized organisations were carrying the same governance, compliance and operational responsibilities as large enterprises, but without the resources, structure or specialist support to manage them effectively. After working across government, corporate and professional services environments, our founders saw firsthand how many businesses were overwhelmed by contracts, policies, regulatory obligations and day‑to‑day operational pressures. These challenges weren’t about capability or ambition; they were the result of limited time, limited resourcing and increasing complexity. Kingston Advisory Group was built to bridge that gap.
As a female‑owned business rooted in regional NSW, we understand the realities of running and growing an organisation outside major metropolitan centres. We’ve worked with local councils, government agencies, private companies, not‑for‑profits and community organisations, and we’ve seen how often small teams are expected to manage everything, contracts, policies, risk, HR, admin, marketing, on top of delivering their core services. We built Kingston Advisory Group to change that.
Our team brings together diverse professional backgrounds in law, governance, risk, compliance, administration, HR and business operations, to offer a multidisciplinary support model. We’re not a virtual assistant service and we’re not a traditional consultancy. We sit in the middle: practical, hands‑on, highly skilled professionals who can step into your business and strengthen the foundations that keep it running smoothly.
