Our Story
Kingston Advisory Group began with a simple observation: major projects stall when land and legal issues are left until later. Founded by practitioners with experience in property law, planning and project delivery, we set out to change that by putting expert acquisition capability at the front end of every project.
From early days advising local authorities and developers on complex easement and access arrangements, we built a compact, multidisciplinary team that blends in-house legal counsel, valuers, planners and commercial negotiators.
